Whether on behalf of an entreprenuer with a new idea, a new business unit of an existing business, or in re-focussing or changing an existing business, ICCS Partners works with clients to develop business plans and document these plans for presentation to investors and other stakeholders.
We are frequently asked to review management's plans, challenge the approach and thinking, and assist in creating and revising the documentation to support the plan.
In some cases, these plans are used to raise capital. In other cases, the objectives is to internally get a team on the same page. Regardless of the purpose, we can assist management clarify their thinking, analyze the implications, plan the execution and/or then implement the plans.
