Privacy Policy

Data Collection

ICCS Partners only collects personally identifiable information that is specifically and voluntarily provided by users of ICCS Partners' Website.  ICCS Partners receives limited identifiable information, such as name, title, company address, e-mail address, and telephone and fax numbers, from Website users. Typically, identifying information is collected to:

  • Request further information from the Firm;
  • Submit resumes in response to job listings; and
  • Facilitate delivery of requested reference materials.

ICCS Partners only uses personally identifiable information to respond to users’ requests and to provide users with information about ICCS Partners' services, unless the Firm obtains express permission from the user to use his/her personal information for other purposes.  For example, if a user sends ICCS Partners an e-mail message requesting information about ICCS Partners, we will use the e-mail address and other information the user supplied to respond to that request.  If ICCS Partners intends to use a user’s personal information to inform the user about other Company services, the user will be notified and will be given the opportunity to decline to receive such communications. If the user submits a resume or curriculum vitae to apply online for a position with the ICCS Partners, the information provided will be used to match the user with available opportunities.

ICCS Partners does not actively seek sensitive information through our Website unless legally required for recruiting purposes.  “Sensitive information” may include information relating to race or ethnic origin, political, religious or other similar beliefs, trade union membership, physical or mental health, or criminal background.  ICCS Partners suggests that applicants do not provide sensitive information of this nature in response to the resume submission form, unless they wish ICCS Partners to consider that information in the context of their job application.  If applicants provide sensitive information through this submission form, ICCS Partners will understand this provision of information to be intentional and to constitute an explicit consent for ICCS Partners to use that information in the ways described in this Internet Privacy Policy or as described at the point where the applicant chooses to disclose this information.

ICCS Partners understands the importance of protecting childrens privacy, especially in an online environment. ICCS Partners' sites are not intentionally designed for or directed at children under the age of 13 years. It is ICCS Partners' policy never to knowingly collect or maintain information about anyone under the age of 13.

Data Use

Information obtained by this Website is used only for the intended purpose stated at the time that the information is collected.  These data are not shared with other entities in ICCS Partners for secondary or unrelated purposes, or shared with a third party, unless otherwise disclosed at the point of collection. If there is an instance where such information may be shared, the user will be asked for permission in advance.

Except where users explicitly choose to receive specific ICCS Partners' marketing or other materials, ICCS Partners will not use personal data collected from its Websites to facilitate unsolicited marketing activities.

Cookies and Log Files
ICCS Partners does not use “cookies” or “log files” on its website.

It is ICCS Partners' policy only to disclose information to third parties under the following circumstances:

  • As required by law through subpoena, search warrant or other legal process;
  • When explicitly requested by a user; and
  • When required to deliver publications or reference materials requested by a user.

ICCS Partners' Websites do not collect or compile personally identifying information for dissemination or sale to outside parties for consumer marketing purposes, or host mailings on behalf of third parties.

Third Party Links

There may be places throughout the ICCS Partners' WebSite that may link to other Websites that do not operate under the ICCS Partners' Internet Privacy Policy.  When users link to other Websites, ICCS Partners' Internet Privacy Policy no longer applies.  ICCS Partners encourages users to review each site's privacy policy before disclosing any personally identifiable information.

Data Retention

The personal information provide to ICCS Partners by the user will be retained only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which the information was collected or as required by law.  Resumes are disposed of when they are either no longer under consideration, or are considered dated.  ICCS Partners does not share personal information with third parties except as necessary to carry out its business or as required by law or by legal process, and ICCS Partners never sells user’s personal information.

When personally identifiable information is retained, ICCS Partners assumes responsibility for keeping an accurate record of the information that a user has submitted and verified.  ICCS Partners does not assume responsibility for verifying the ongoing accuracy of the content of personal information.  When practically possible, if ICCS Partners is informed that any personal data collected through a Website is no longer accurate, ICCS Partners will make appropriate corrections based on the updated information provided by the authenticated user.

Data Security

ICCS  Partners has technological and operational security policies and procedures in place to protect users’ personally identifiable information from loss, misuse, alteration or unintentional destruction. Our personnel who have access to the data have been trained to maintain the confidentiality of such information.

ICCS Partners recognizes its interests in protecting the online privacy of user’s personal information.  If you have questions or comments about our administration of your personal information, please contact us at info@iccspartners.com.  You may also use this address to communicate any concerns you may have regarding compliance with our Internet Privacy Policy.
