Intervention services for at-risk youth and families
ICCS provided a variety of advisory services to this non-profit organization including strategic planning, organizational structure and change management, operational analysis, financial analysis and leadership development.
County Arts High School
Served as Chief Financial Officer and continue to participate on Board of Trustees for the Los Angeles County High School for the Arts Foundation. As a Trustee, participated in raising millions for Arts Education over the last 15 years.
